WEHA offers hockey for kids ages 4-8 years old.
Our focus is the fundamentals and fun, with FUN being the priority!
Ages
Players ages 4 years to 8 years old.
When
October to early-December.
Where
Practices take place at the Jorgensen Events Center in Gunnison.
Games
Scrimmages will take place during the later part of the season.
Jerseys
All players will receive a jersey that needs to be returned on the last day of practice.
Rental Gear Bags
Equipment is available to be loaned for the season. Failure to return loaned equipment will incur a fine of approximately $150.
Equipment
All players will need the following equipment:
● Helmet (black is encouraged)
● Mouth guard
● Shoulder pads
● Elbow pads
● Gloves (black is encouraged)
● Hockey pants (black is encouraged)
● Shin pads
● Hockey socks
● Skates
● Stick
● Neck guard
Other equipment: Duffle bag, jock strap, water bottle
